THIRD ANNUAL SUPPORT OUR TROOPS

CARE PACKAGE DRIVE!!!

We’re kicking of our third annual care package drive for our troops overseas. We’re starting earlier this year in order to honor both Memorial Day and July 4. There are 4 ways you can help:

1) Donations made to MarineParents.com, Inc. to help them with the cost of mailing 14,000 boxes of cookies donated by the Girl Scouts

2) Donations to help with mailing items our team collects (put in West family folder)

3) Drop off specific items needed by the marines

(Collection box will be at the pool under team mailboxes)

4)Thank you notes (all the swimmers will have

   the opportunity to write a note with their

   teammates at some time during this season)

SOME ITEMS THAT ARE NEEDEED:

DVDs

Current Magazines

Foil packs of tuna or chicken

Individual packets of powdered drinks (Koolaid/Lemonade/Gatorade)

Individual bags of snacks that can’t melt

(Pretzels, Cheezits, etc…)

Beef Jerky
