No resting on Sunday for EST!

Sunday night at 14-unders was perhaps the best night of swimming EST has had this year- and we've had some doozies this year!

For the 2nd night in a row, we had 90% best times, and scored more points than we were seeded to. That was not the highlight of the night.

The 13-14 boys 400 free relay team of Kellen Gray, Zach Bishop, CJ Patterson and Sam Hodgman finished in Nee England. That was not the highlight of the night.

CJ Patterson had a wildly busy and successful night, finishing 8th, 6th and 9th in the 100 free, 100 back and 400 free- then capped it off with a 57.4 (!!!!!!) split in the relay. Amazingly, even that was not the highlight of the meet.

The highlight of the meet belonged to Kyra Sarazen, who shredding the field in the 100 backstroke tonight with a time of 1:05.67, completing her sweep in the backstroke events and qualifying for Junior Nationals next week at Stanford University!

Kyra also finished 2nd in the 100 freestyle and broke 1:00, going :59.82.

Congratulations Kyra!

EST is currently in 9th place overall with 230 points, only 21 points behind 8th place and a spot in the (virtual) final heat!

One more day!!!
