Fair Parade – Join the Fun and TEAM SPIRIT! First ever Buenaventura Swim Club at the Ventura County Fair Parade on Saturday, August 6th @ 8 30 am. Come out to support the club. All ages of Swimmers and Parents and Coaches can participate by wearing a Buenaventura T-shirt and walking in the parade. Ventura County Masters and The Deep 6 Relay Team will be leading our section of the parade by riding in a Classic 1954 Blue and White GM pick up truck, sponsored by Salzer’s Records and Video Shop.

Ventura Deep Six Relay is proudly riding in the back of a newly restored Blue and White Classic 54 GM pickup truck sponsored by Salzer’s Video and Records. Driven by Jim Salzer. Followed by the Buenaventura Swim Club which has over 250 members ranging in age from 5 to 18 and the Ventura County Masters 18 yr old to 60 +
Ventura Deep Six Relay Team won the 2010 World Open Water Swimming Performance of the Year for their world-record setting 202-mile relay in the ocean that started from Ventura.
