AGD1 and AGD2 Represent Clippers @ Dual Meet with CAC

On Saturday November 3rd, the swimmers from AGD1 and AGD2 made their way over to Cincinnati Country Day School to swim the CAC Seahawks in a dual meet. All swimmers swam 4 events within a 3 hour time frame. We saw a lot of improvement in less than 2 weeks of practice since the Clippers Halloween Meet. Areas that showed the most improvement were in breaststroke, butterfly, and the IM.  We had 7 swimmers who had perfect meets, where they had an life time best (LTB) in every swim. The coaches feel our technique of starts, streamlines, and turns showed improvement but we have much more to go. The kids showed great enthusiasm during warm-up and team cheers which continued to show throughout the meet.

CAC had 28 more swimmers and over 100 more entries that Clippers.  CAC outscored us by a little over 300 points but we scored more points per swimmer with 27.7 points/swimmer to CAC's 21.7 points/swimmer.

Thanks parents for timing, officiating and making the trip back to the bonfire. The kids really enjoyed themselves all day.

We have some kids swimming this weekend in Mason and we look forward to everyone participating in Fischer’s in just under 5 weeks.
