Swimmers this is a reminder to please make sure to clean up your trash after swim meets. We want to make sure Vallejo Aquatic Club leaves pool decks looking as good if not better after we leave meets.

Tuffy Proclamation at Vallejo City Hall – Tuesday Oct 22^nd

We have some very exciting news! The Vallejo City Council will be making a Proclamation to Coach Tuffy and we want to all to be there!

· When:Tuesday, October 22. Meet before or at 7pm

· Where:Vallejo City Council, Council Chambers, 555 Santa Clara St.

· What to Wear:Wear your turquoise VJO team shirt

· NO PRACTICE for Coach Sam, Monica and Hillary's group(Age Group and Seniors - 4:00-5:30pm @ Solano)

Breast Cancer Caps

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month! VJO will be selling special caps. The proceeds will be donated to a Breast Cancer Foundation. The caps will be sold in advance on a first come first serve basis. We have 75 latex ($10.00) and 20 silicone caps ($15.00) available. Please note the pink on cap may not be exactly same pink as on flyer. If you are interested please fill out the form and place the form and a check made out to VJO in the Rivera file. Thanks so much for helping this great cause!

Meet Sheets with entry forms should be available soon. Entries will be done again by consolidated entry form which will be attached to the meet sheet. Completed entries will again be turned into the manila envelope at the pool. More info to come….
