Diplomat Holiday Classic - Day 2:

  • Rachel Anderson was 4th in the 15 & Over Women 200 IM with a 2:09.25, and Anna Ober placed 20th with a 2:14.47.
  • Matt Jones also placed 4th in the 15 & Over Men 200 IM with a 1:56.05.
  • Elena Summers placed 12th in the 13-14 Women 200 IM with a 2:15.54.
  • Fletcher Madsen place 11th in the 13-14 Men 200 IM with a 2:09.86.
  • Julia Young placed 15th in the 11-12 Women 100 IM with a 1:07.89.
  • Ian Vollmer placed 9th in the 11-12 Men 100 IM with a new team record of 1:02.56.
  • In her second swim of the evening, Anna Ober placed 7th in the 15 & Over Women 50 Free with a 24.87, and Elise Bourdelais placed 20th with a 25.11.
  • Miles Oakley placed 13th in the 15 & Over Men 50 Freestyle with a 22.04.
  • Kyle Cassidy placed 12th in the 13-14 Men 50 Freestyle, and Marcelo Coray was 13th with a 24.12.
  • Lexi Cuomo placed 4th in the 11-12 Women 50 Free with a 25.79, while Lauren Young was 5th with a 25.92, and Emily Drakopoulos was 8th with a 26.43 also in the A Final! Alison Hickey was the fourth Mako in the 11-12 Women 50 Free with a 26.97 to place 16th.
  • Rachel Anderson placed 7th in the 15 & Over Women 200 Breaststroke with a 2:29.02 after setting the new team record with a 2:28.63 in prelims. Logan Ross placed 19th with a 2:30.37, and Ally Bedell was 24th with a 2:36.57.
  • Noah Carpenter was 19th in the 15 & Over men 200 Breaststroke with a 2:19.81.
  • Maggie Deppe-Walker was the 12th seed in the 13-14 Women 200 Breaststroke with a 2:35.73.
  • Also swimming twice tonight, Fletcher Madsen placed 10th in the 13-14 Men 200 Breaststroke with a 2:26.34, and Kyle Cassidy was 15th with a 2:33.35.
  • Logan Coulson Moore placed 2nd in the 15 & Over Women 100 Backstroke as she lowered her team record to 56.59, and Anna Ober placed 14th with a 1:00.36 in her third finals of the evening.
  • Matt Jones placed 4th in the 15 & Over Men 100 Backstroke with a 53.04, and Taylor Whitesel placed 22nd with a 55.29.
  • Lexi Cuomo placed 2nd in the 11-12 Women 50 Backstroke with a 28.98 with Julia Young right behind her in third place with a 29.23, and Theresa Boyd at 7th with a 30.67 also in the A Final. Lauren Young placed 10th with a 30.39 in the B Final to once again have four Makos taking 1/4 of the slots in Finals.
  • Ian Vollmer placed 4th in the 11-12 Men 50 Back with a 28.68 and another new team record, and Anthony Grimm placed 11th with a 29.72 and Peter Makin was 15th with a 30.66.
  • Marcelo Coray placed 5th in the 13-14 Men 500 Freestyle with a 5:03.25.
