All groups have officially started. Just a few reminders:
1. Be at least 10 minutes early for practice. This way the swimmers have plenty of time to on deck and ready to go. Walking the the front doors at the start of practice is not being on time.
2. Bring dryland clothes EVERYDAY. Especially the first few weeks, we do lots of running and other dryland activites before or after practices.
3. Bring Water Bottles filled with water.
4. LOCKER ROOMS are for changing only. Please remind your swimmers to be quick in the locker rooms and not play around.
