Loggerhead Parents, please park off of Durbin and not in the Recreation Center parking lot as the facility will be open to residents during the meet as well as visiting teams and officials.
On Deck Spectator Set Up
The family pool will be open during our meet. We will need all swimmers to be on the side of the pool closest to the coaches’ office or on the deck/grass area of the competition pool. We appreciate your help in reminding families of this on meet day as we usually can be on the splash park side of the pool.
Session 1 – (11&Older Swimmers)
7:10 – 8:00am – Gold, Gold Plus, Senior II, Senior I, Senior Nat
8:00 – 8:50am – All-Star, Bronze, Silver
Session 2 – (10&Under Swimmers)
11:30am – 12:20am – Silver, Gold
11:55am – 12:20pm – All-Stars, Bronze

Remember, if your swimmer elects to wear a cap it MUST be a Loggerhead team cap!
Saturday – Navy TShirts
Volunteers please remember to check in with Mrs. Browder on meet day so your hours will be logged! We are still in need of some key positions (parking help for one!) so please check in on the job sign up board if you are available to lend a hand.
Timers/Relief Timers/Runners – please check in with Keeley Browder prior to the timers meeting. The timers meeting will occur at 8:40am next to the aquatics office for Session 1 and again at 12:10pm for Session 2.
Computer Room – Please check in with Scott Stanfield.

Parking Assistants – please arrive at 6:50am to set up caution tape out on Durbin around the crosswalk area so people do not park at the intersection. After, please direct Loggerhead families to park on the street to ensure we have parking for visitors and residents to the facility. Please see Coach John or Jennifer for supplies.
Meet Set Up – please arrive at 7:30am and help assist Doug Miller with the clearing and assembly of the pool deck in preparation for the meet.
Meet Break Down – will be roughly 2:00pm. Please assist with the breakdown of the meet and replacement of furniture.
Hospitality Items – please bring to Mary Ryan and Tina Tayag upon your arrival for warm ups. Hospitality will be located in the fitness room (closest to the scoreboard in the main facility).
