PLEASE READ THROUGH THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFORMATION:  

1) Time Trials will be held every day. $10 per time trial. Sign up at the time trial table before 11:00am (daily).

2) To balance the meet correctly, with approximately 440 girls and 300 boys, we have shifted to the following format: All 13-14 boys and girls will swim together in one pool for prelims. All 11-12 and 10 and Under boys and girls will swim in the other pool for prelims. This will be the case with the exception of a few distance  events (which will be deck seeded).

3) Relays - All relays will be timed finals with the top ten relays swimming at night. On Saturday, and ONLY on Saturday, teams will have the option to swim their relays in the morning or at night.
 
4) PLEASE LET YOUR PARENTS ATTENDING THE MEET KNOW, A 4 DAY PASS IS $35 AND A TOTAL MEET PROGRAM IS $10. FINALS SHEETS ARE INCLUDED EACH DAY. THE COST ON A DAILY BASIS IS $10 PER DAY.   
 
5) If any of your parent officials would like to officiate the meet, please let them know to bring their navy blue pants and white officiating shirts. This will be the attire for all meet officials throughout the duration of the meet.  
 
6) Pre-meet warm up times and pool availability:
    Monday (4/14): 9:00AM - 3:00PM & 7:00-9:00PM (10 Lanes)
    Tuesday (4/15): 9:00AM - 3:00PM & 7:00-9:00PM (10 Lanes)
* If any team needs lanes between 3:00-7:00PM, please contact Doug Fonder (540-397-0505).

8) Florida Swim Network will be streaming finals - watch this meet LIVE!!! (www.FloridaSwimNetwork.com)
 
9) For any Virginia coaches, if you have swimmers arriving before you are able to get down to Clearwater, they are welcome to come to practice with the Virginia Gators on Monday (9:00-10:30am) and Tuesday (8:00-9:30am or 4:00-5:00pm).
 
10) Timing assignments will only adhere to the preliminary sessions. The top ten largest teams will each be responsible for a lane with the remaining 6 lanes open to volunteer timers. The timing assignments for the largest teams are as follows:

 ** Only two positions per lane are needed at any one time. The sessions will run approximately 3.5 - 4 hours long, so please plan to break out your timing assignments over the course of the prelim session as a whole. **
