SPYNATION Volunteers at 11th Annual Cincinnati Disability Open Swim Meet  

Big Thank You to our Springfield Family Y's Swimmers, Parents, Coach, & Alum volunteering as meet workers at the US Paralympic Swimmng sponsored 11th Annual Cincinnati Disabliltiy Open Swim Meet at the University of Cincinnati on May 17th & 18th. 

There were paralympic athletes from Team Canada & Team USA along with many other swimmers.  We were watching athletes who were in London for the 2012 Paralympics like Lt. Brad Snyder, Colleen Young, Dalton Herendeen, Letticia Martinez, and Curtis Lovejoy. You may click on their names to learn more on another webpage about these TEAM USA swimmers! This meet was truly inspirational. Working the meet was an awesome way to give back to swimming and the community.
