Coach Jordan Rees has returned to the TBAY pool deck, giving back to the program he grew up with and where he became a Senior National Qualifier in the 50m Freestyle. Jordan was part of the 2006 TBAY NATIONAL TEAM that won the Long Course Junior National Team Championship in Irvine, California, and part of some of the most memorable TBAY relays of all time!
Jordan had the opportunity to work with one of the great minds of our sport in Gary Hall Sr. on several occasions where he developed a passion for technique and a greater understanding of how to swim fast! Hall is an American former competitive swimmer, three-time Olympic medalist, former world record-holder, and 1981 inductee into the International Swimming Hall of Fame.
Jordan has a tremendous background in Exercise Science, Kinesiology and Human Movement and has already added incredible value to the TBAY Brandon program. His passion for the sport and ability to teach and help kids of all ages and ability make technical improvements is fun to watch.
Jordan is scheduled to be working with Coach Dave through the end of this summer.
