Dear Swimmers and Parents,
 
New Practice Times Starting Tuesday, October 7th
5:30-6:30pm - Hammerheads 1 & 2 (Combined practice with Coach Monica, Tasha, Mirelle & Evan)
6:30-7:30pm - Leopard Sharks (Coach Monica)
 
Do to the fact we have not been able to find a permanent full time Hammerheads 1 Group coach, we will be combining both Hammerheads Group 1 & 2 starting Tuesday October 7th.  These two groups will both swim from 5:30-6:30pm Mon-Fri.  This will alow Coach Monica to oversee and coach both groups with multiple assistant coaches working with her. Monica’s Leopard Sharks Group practice will be switched to 6:30-7:30pm.  All other groups will practice at their regular times (Makos, Age Group, & Seniors).

Pacific Swimming Officials Clinic – Oct 11th
Parents, learn more about the sport of swimming and become an official. The Pacific Swimming Officials Clinic will be held on October 11th, 2014 at the Milpitas Embassy Suites. The time will be 8 am - 4 pm. Please use the www.PacSwim.org website to register for the clinics that each individual would like to attend.

VJO Female Team Suit for Sale
We have a family with a brand new female VJO team suit for sale. The suit is a female size 24, black polyester solid Nike with the team logo embroidered on the front.  The suit was just too small and has never been worn.
