Langley Long Course Invite

28 Hurricanes participated in the Langley Long Course Invitational April 11-12th to start off the long course season.  It was an opportunity for our swimmers to get use to the long course format and a training meet as they begin to add meters in their workouts.  The swimmers impressed throughout the meet with great efforts and a surprising amount of best times for this early in the training cycle.

We had 15 swimmers race to 100% best long course times!  Congratulations to Quincy, Sidney, Josh, Amanda, Megan, Shona, Laura, Lucas, Grace, Kiana, Kourosh, Sophie, Antonio, Adam and Eoin!
