Congratulations Kiersten Bell, Katelyn Rossick, and Joanna Yeh for being selected for the USA Swimming 2008ý]2009 Scholastic All America Team. This honor is awarded to swimmers who are high school students, have completed 10th, 11th or 12th grade, have a minimum 3.5 GPA in the current academic year and a qualifying time as established by USA Swimming.  Congratulations!

The practice schedule for Thursday is NORMAL

Senior Red and Black swim 4:00 to 6:15pm in the bubble

Senior White swims 5:45 to 8:00pm in the bubble

Age Group II swims 6:00 to 8:00pm in the bubble

Senior Prep/Masters swim 8:00 to 9:00pm in the bubble

Age Group I has No Practice

Novice I practices 4:30 to 5:30p in the indoor pool

Novice II practices 5:30 to 6:30p in the indoor pool

Novice III practices 6:30 to 7:30p in the indoor pool 



On Friday October 2, all Red and Black swimmers not attending the ASC swim meet on Friday should plan to swim with the White Team from 5:45 to 8pm. On Saturday there will be no practice for the Red and Black groups as they will be in Annapolis.
