This weekend at the RAC Abby Seeger Meet all sessions will warm up and begin as stated in the meet notice. The 12 and Under 400 Free, and Open 1500 Free will begin warm ups at 4:00pm with the session beginning at 4:30pm.
The practice location has changed to Middletown High School for this week for groups swimming in the outdoor/bubble pool due to maintenance at Hood College.
PRACTICE SCHEDULE
The practice schedule for today is MODIFIED
Senior Red and Black swim 4:00 to 6:15pm at Middletown HS
Senior White swims 6:00 to 8:00pm at Middletown HS
Age Group II swims 6:00 to 8:00pm at Middletown HS
Senior Prep/Masters swim 8:00 to 9:00pm at Middletown HS
Age Group I has No Practice
Novice I practices 4:30 to 5:30p in the indoor pool
Novice II practices 4:30 to 5:30p in the indoor pool
Novice III practices 5:30 to 6:30p in the indoor pool
