About Kenyon College (Taken from Kenyon’s website)
For more than thirty years the name Kenyon has been synonymous with outstanding women's swimming and diving. And for good reason -- no college or university in the country can match the sustained excellence of the Kenyon program.
Since its inaugural season of 1975-'76, the Ladies swimming and diving team has developed into a national powerhouse. The Ladies have captured 23 of the last 26 NCAA Division III national championships. From 1984 through 2000, the Kenyon women won 17 straight national championships -- the second-longest national championship streak in the history of the NCAA.
In 30 years of national competition, the Kenyon women have garnered 135 NCAA individual-event titles and 89 national relay titles. In that same time span, the Ladies also collected over 1,400 All-America certificates and 20 Academic All-America awards.
