SVY Achieves Highest USA Club Score in Team History!

The 2015-16 SC season is officially in the books, and USA Swimming has posted the results for their Virtual Club Championships rankings.  After calculating the results, SVY finished the 2015-16 SC season with the highest overall team score in the history of the program!  SVY's total team score of 222,525 surpasses our previous team high score of 220,069 from the 2014-15 SC season.  SVY also finished the season as the 36th ranked team in the nation, and the highest ranked NJYMCA program for the 12th consecutive SC season.

The Virtual Club Championships automatically ranks all USA Swimming member clubs based on swimmer performance.  The VCC recognizes and highlights clubs that are developing athletes and achieving success at multiple levels emphasizing the team element in club swimming.  VCC results are tabulated annually for both the short course and long course seasons.

The program scores single age groups from 11-16 years old and has a combined 17-18 age group. After all eligible swims have been scored using the power point system, a team score for each registered USA Swimming club is calculated.
