Three Hurricanes raced at the SwimBC Senior Circuit this past weekend in Surrey to race long course after their Christmas break. Jessica was outstanding at the meet, setting new team records in all three of her events and qualifying for Western Canadian Championships with her time of 1:19.68 in the 100m Breaststroke. Jessica just missed the Western time in the 200m Breaststroke by .17. It was Jessica’s first long course meet of the season. Morgan was just off her best times in all three of her events which is great swimming for early January. Aidan was close to a best in the 50m Free and split his races well in his 100m and 200m events.
