Have Fun While Helping Out at Casino Night
BSAC holds one major fundraiser each and every year. It is called, “Casino Night”. I went for the first time last year and had a blast. There is roulette, craps, blackjack, silent auctions and more. My wife had fun at the tables. I enjoyed meeting new people, getting to know them better while sampling awesome food and taking advantage of the open bar. Tickets are only $60 each. There is even onsite child care (ore-registration required) so you do not have to worry about leaving the youngers one at home. For about the same price as a date night dinner, you can have fun while helping a good cause. Here’s what I mean.
This is not your typical fundraising event. All of the proceeds go to help families in our community by providing them with scholarships to the various programs held at BSAC, including the swim team. Hundreds of children who might not otherwise be able to participate in our programing can benefit because of your support of this fun event.
The thing I like best about being a part of BSAC is our commitment to putting people first. Would it be great to take all of the monies raised here and spruce up some of the facilities? Of course...but that will happen in time. More importantly, we are positively impacting people TODAY with those funds by allowing them access to programming they would otherwise not afford.
I am not a coupon book or candy sales type of leader. I prefer fundraising events that bring us together and have a true singular purpose. The BSAC Casino Night does that in spades (pun intended). Seriously, let’s get together as a team, have some fun and support this worthy cause. It will be held on March 23rd from 7:00 - 11:00pm at The Regent. I really hope we, the swim team, are the single largest BSAC group represented at the event. You can use the link below to purchase your tickets:
By the way, If you have products or a service you feel would be an appropriate donation as a silent auction item, please let us know. Sponsorship opportunities are also available. Please contact Craig Beckinger (561) 876-6845 or anABCevent@gmail.com for more information.
