For those families
participating in this weekend's Battle of the Ages invitational
meet, please see the information below (some of which has been
updated since the earlier e-mail that went out) that was shared
from the meet director. You can also access the area map and

Order of Events
VIP parking is limited but still available! These
parking passes are $20 per day. These passes will allow you
unlimited access to the parking lot throughout the meet.
Order your pass online at the Square market: https://squareup.com/market/phd-parents-club.
You will be sent an email confirming your order that you will bring
to the meet to check in at the VIP parking lot. If we do not sell
out, spaces will be available for $30 each day at the
PARKING: There is
general parking in the main school lot, on the street at the front
of the school and in the Pleasant Oaks Park across the street from

will be parking in the reserved lot by the Basketball and Tennis
Courts. We will also issue on parking pass per team for
coaches to park in the reserve lot as
TEAM AREAS AND SET
UP: A map of
Pleasant Hill Middle School is attached to this message. Please
only set up in our designated team area or on the field.
Every team is assigned a team area in the hallways where the
school PA system can be easily heard. The campus will be open for
set-up at 5pm on Friday. PLEASE RESPECT THAT SUMMER SCHOOL IS
TAKING PLACE ON CAMPUS AND WE CANNOT ALLOW SETUP
BEFORE. NOTE: If tents, chairs or other
personal belongings are left overnight, Pleasant Hill Dolfins Swim
Team and other affiliated agencies are not responsible for lost or
stolen items. Summer school starts again first thing Monday morning
so please be a good neighbor by picking up your trash and placing
it in appropriate receptacle locations. Thank you for your
PROGRAMS: The Battle
of the Ages meet program sales will begin at 4pm on Friday evening
until 7pm and again Saturday and Sunday at Battle HQ for
7:30-8:45am and separated by age group. Please refer to your
coach for your age group warm up time.
CLERK OF THE
swimmers must check-in at Clerk of the Course before their race.
The last call is usually 20-30 minutes before the event.
Be sure to listen for Clerk announcements over the PA system
or on the twitter feed. The area in Clerk of the Course and
immediately around the pool is a secure area – only competing
swimmers, coaches and officials will be allowed in this
COMMUNICATIONS: Results will be posted outside
the North entrance to the pool. They will also be posted on
Meet Mobile. For up-to-the-minute announcements and calls to

to Battle Headquarters on the grass next to the Snack Shack, if you
would like to purchase a meet program ($7), or if you have any
FAIR: We have over 10 vendors
next to the Clerk of the Course. Making Waves swim shop of
Walnut Creek (both days) and Jolyn Swimwear (Sunday only) will be
on the grass next to the snack shack on Sunday only. Also, visit
Auntie Viv's Shave Ice booth for a nice, cool refreshing
SHACK: Our snack shack offers a
delicious menu with many healthy choices. Please see the menu in
the meet program for details.

RAFFLE: Be sure to visit our Raffle
table next to Battle HQ to see all the fabulous prizes we have for
the raffle. This year we are offering a $500 Amazon gift card
Grand Prize. Tickets are $2 each.
Custom event t-shirts will be available at the meet outside the
entrance closest to the VIP parking lot by GIC Graphic Wear, the
on-location screen printing specialist.
