Dryland training is an integral part of the Mason Manta Rays program. Four years ago our coaches developed a comprehensive Total Team Dryland program with the help of the famous Vern Gambetta. No doubt this helped lift our team to the Gold Medal Club Excellence status and 8th in the 🇺🇸 national ranking.
Heading into our fifth year of this program our coaches spent the weekend at the GAIN Swimming Dryland Clinic sharing our journey to over 120 coaches from all over the world!
The coaches honed their dryland teaching skills and learned from some of the best swim programs in the country to make our program even better. Needless to say, our coaches can’t wait to make this year the best yet!!! GO RAYS!
