Louden sets marks in 100 breast, 200 IM, Ampuero in freestyle, Blom in fly

Favorites held form Saturday in the team results of the Sonoma County League Swim Championship at the Petaluma Swim Center as the Windsor girls and Analy boys earned titles. There were records set as well.
Windsor's Kelsey Louden broke her own league meet record in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:05.33) and set a new mark in the 200 individual medley (2:08.53).

Jessica Ampuero of Windsor set a meet record in the 200 freestyle (1:54.16) and St. Vincent's Alison Blom broke an eight-year-old record in the 100 butterfly (58.17).

Other girls' individual winners included Petaluma's Holly Munger in the 50 free (26.36), Windsor's Lesley Pfeiffer in the 500 free (5:26.60) and Sonoma Valley's Claire Wirick in the 100 back (1:05.85).

Windsor won the girls' 200 medley relay (1:56.87) and the 400 free relay (3:50.60) and Petaluma won the 200 free relay (1:49.14).

Analy's Max Horrell and Casa Grande's Derek Baldwin were double winners in boys.

Horrell won the 100 fly in 51.13 and the 100 back in 54.68.

Baldwin won the 200 free in 1:46.16 and the 100 free in 48.08.

Other boys winners included Analy's Russell Deghi in the 200 IM (2:02.83), El Molino's David Sallee in the 50 free (22.53), Petaluma's Evan Vizcarra in the 500 free (4:52.94) and Analy's Nick Johnson in the 100 breast (1:03.61).

Kelseyville won the boys' 200 medley relay (1:43.72), Analy won the 200 free relay (1:34.93) and Petaluma won the 400 free relay (3:33.03).

The Windsor girls finished with 269 points, after winning the dual meet season, to claim the championship. St. Vincent girls were second with 186 points and Analy third with 176.

Analy boys also won the dual meet season and won the SCL title outright with 269 points, followed by Casa Grande with 208.
