Twenty RAYS Head South To Defend Winter Junior National Title

Mason Manta Rays Send Twenty to Defend Team Title at Speedo Winter Junior Nationals in Greensboro

GREENSBORO, NC- The Mason Manta Rays sending 20 athletes to compete in the 2018 USA Swimming Speedo Winter Junior Championships- EAST to be held Dec. 5-8 at the Greensboro Aquatic Center in Greensboro, NC.   Only the top half of the top 1% qualify for this annual championship meet for swimmers eighteen years old and younger.  There are over 1100 swimmers in the meet representing over 150 clubs from all over the eastern half of the country. The Manta Rays men’s team is set to defend their team title from 2017 as they send the largest team ever from the state of Ohio and one of the largest teams in the meet.
