URGENT - Hot Chocolate Night Items Needed

ALL HOT CHOCOLATE NIGHT ITEMS
NEEDED

We
are OUT of ALL Hot Chocolate Night Items. Hot Chocolate Night will
not happen tonight if items are not donated. We
are completely out of insulated cups and
will not be able to serve any hot chocolate tonight without cups
and lids being donated. HCN is a parent run /
parent donated activity that we offer to our swimmers
to help take the “chill” out of those chilly swim
practices. Our swimmers love HCN and look forward to this
practice all week long. Please help keep this
tradition going for our swimmers.
HELP SERVING NEEDED! - We are also in
great need of parents to help serve and clean up at HCN. Last week
it was ONLY Marlene and the VJO coaches helping to clean up
after hot chocolate night. Marlene needs more
help. Some of the boxes we store our supplies in
are heavy and cannot be lifted by one person. If more
people help at the end it only takes 10 minutes to clean
up. If we all do a little no one people has to do a
lot. WE NEED
YOUR HELP!

sheet to help serve is hanging next to the Shark Tank.
Our swimmers look forward to Thursday nights all winter long. Help
us keep this tradition going.

Homemade Soup / MacNCheese / Spaghetti (parents have brought in
homemade items before and they have been a big hit with the
swimmers)
