PARKING AT SOLANO
COLLEGE:
A parking permit or daily meter ticket is required to
park on Solano Community College grounds. It is your
responsibility to make sure your vehicle has the required permit,
clearly displayed, while parked on campus. Parking permits are
required each semester and during the summer session whenever
classes are in session between the hours of 7:00 AM &
10:00 PM. Permits are not required on weekends or recognized
holidays.
You have TWO OPTIONS for purchasing PARKING PASSES:
1. $2 Daily Parking Permit - Around the perimeter of the campus, on the outside edge of each parking lot, are large parking permit pay stations. For $2 (cash only) you can purchase a permit good for the entire day. You must have two one dollar bills or two dollars in nickels, dimes and/or quarters.
2. Semester Parking Pass - You may purchase a “semester decal” which you place on the lower left, driver’s side of your windshield. This decal is good for the entire semester and costs $32. You can purchase this decal on-line using a credit or debit card at: https://www.credentialsops.com/CGI-BIN/gacgiord.pgm?ALUMPP001292. If you opt to purchase a semester decal on-line please be sure to have a printer available as you will have the option of printing a temporary permit to use while you wait for the decal to arrive in the mail.
Important information regarding parking at Solano Community College:
1. There are several visitor’s parking spaces available in lots 1 & 4 where you can park for 30 minutes without charge.
This option can be used once in a 4-hour period and is strictly enforced.
2. There is never to be any parking or “waiting” in a red curbed area.
3. There is no “Inner Campus” parking allowed. Please stay in marked student parking lots.
For more information regarding parking at Solano Community College, please visit the Solano Community College Campus Sheriff’s Office website at http://www.solano.edu/police/.
