Coronavirus Update

As of right now, swim practice is still starting as scheduled and the season is going forward.  Please understand this is a very fluid situation and could change day to day.  We are continuing to monitor the situation and are taking direction from the City/County.  Again, please do not send your swimmer to practice if they are showing any signs of illness.  Remind your swimmers to frequently wash their hands with hot water and soap for 20 seconds.  Also remind your swimmers to not share food/water bottles, etc.

Core and Board Position Volunteers Needed!

We really really need a few families to step up and help out with the core volunteer positions.  Taking on a Core or Board Position fufills your 30 unit volunteer requirement for the season.  Click  here and scroll down to read what the actual jobs involve.  And don't worry!  None of these jobs are scary and we will help you and train you!  Meet Director Brooke will be overseeing your position and she is a joy to work with and is so very kind and patient!!!

Open Core Positions include:

Data Entry:  There are two positions open for Data Entry.  This will be a home meet requirement only and you can sit under the pop up tents poolside under the shade with a great view of all of the events.

Colorado Timer:  There is one position for Colorado Timer.  This too is a fun job done under the shade poolside.  This is also only a home meet requirement.

Ribbons Coordinator:  Just as it sounds....coordinate all of the ribbons during the meets and file them into the family folders for swimmers to retrieve after the meets.  This involves both home and away meets.

In the future, we also need parents willing to step up to take on board positions.  Currently, the majority of us board members have been on the board for 3, 4, 5, 6+ years. We almost all have teenagers now and have been on the board since our kids were swimming as 7/8 year olds.  It is time to get some new blood in here!  If you are interested in taking on board positions, please let us know so that we can start training you early to be ready for next year!!!

Volunteer questions can be directed to Cyndee Bogard at

If you have questions about the Core positions, you can email
