All Green swimmers must complete this form before being allowed to
practice at the Calhoun Rec.
Green 1 will practice from 7:30-9:30 am Monday through Saturday, beginning TUESDAY, MAY 26.
Green 2 will practice from 5:30-7:30 pm Monday through Friday and 7:30-9:30 am Saturday, beginning TUESDAY, MAY 26.
