Weekly News: Thailand Nationals Report

Hello to all Panther Swimmers,

I hope everyone had a restful week off and are ready to get back at it. We are heading into some peak week training.

While most of us were enjoying the time off, we had a group of Jr. and Sr. swimmers doing their best at the Thailand National Swimming Championships, please see the shout out below and give them a high five if you see them at practice.

Important Notes:

Super Important: Volunteers still needed for Swimfest Dual Meet (Nov 7th):

This meet is a 3-hour commitment. We will have our 10 and under swim in the morning and our 11 and over swim in the afternoon.

WITHOUT VOLUNTEERS OUR KIDS CAN NOT SWIM! Please help out! It’s the best seat in the house!

October 31 Saturday practice canceled:
