Last Splash Meet Psych Sheets & Volunteer Signup

Here is the latest information on the Last Splash Invitational Meet:

Thank you for attending the Last Splash Invitational! Here's the information that you have been waiting for...
Attached are the psych sheet, team list and unofficial timelines... the timelines look great in the evenings but are a bit intense for prelims before we combine distance events and/or scratches.
Teams may practice on a first come first serve basis as follows:
-Monday, July 26 from 1-6pm (8x SCY lanes) and 6-8p (4x SCY lanes)
-Tuesday, July 27 from 6-9am (2x LCM lanes), 9am-12pm (4 LCM lanes) and 12-8pm (8 LCM lanes)
Please enter through the main facility entrance on both Monday and Tuesday and tell the front desk that you are here for the swim meet.
For any teams with attending parents, we will need help with lane timers and deck runners! Please share the sign-up link below with your parents and thanks in advance for the help:
For any teams with parents NOT attending, the meet will also be webcasting the meet via iSwimTV through the following link:
Many thanks to those of you who have provided officials to work the meet! If you have any further inquiries, please refer them to our Meet Referee, Bob Griffiths, at [email protected].
For those who have not been to our facility before, we are an indoor pool with partially retractable roof and side walls... it will be shaded and protected from the elements, but it will also be HOT, (because it is Florida in the summer and there is no air conditioning). Please dress for (and prepare your kids to dress for) OUTDOOR conditions even being an 'indoor' facility.
And resending this info from my first update email:
Our COVID protocol for the meet is in line with the current federal, state and local guidelines, being that anyone who is not vaccinated is expected to wear a mask inside the facility. This will be communicated with all signage posted around the facility, but we will not be requiring proof of vaccination from anyone who enters the facility.
Spectators WILL be allowed inside the facility for this event, however, we have removed all bleachers from our spectator areas. We have instead made the spectator area standing room only to better accommodate more people while also maintaining a socially distanced environment for them. Camping chairs and/or tents will be allowed outside the facility (only) in the grass areas around the parking lot for those who prefer to remain outside the facility between their swimmer's events. We have run our past few meets this way with great success, so please pass this detail on to your attending parents so we can have the same level of success with no surprises for the Last Splash.
That's all for now and more info to come shortly!
