• Payments will be charged on the 1st of the Month
• Fees will be charged on a month-to-month basis. (No sibling discounts will apply)
• 5 Day notice required to withdraw. There will be no refunds offered once billing has processed for the month.

Notifcation of a desire to withdraw your swimmer MUST be made via email to the REGISTRAR ([email protected]) by Oct 26 if your swimmer will not be continuing in November. A confirmation reply will be sent when the request is received and processed. Please do not assume telling a coach on deck or replying to a mass team information email gets your request to the appropriate party.
