David Webb - Great Meet

 

The Northern Kentucky Clippers Swim Team hosted the David Webb Invitational Swim Meet last weekend at Silverlake, The Family Place, in Erlanger, Kentucky. Over 500 swimmers, ages six through 20 years of age, from Kentucky, Ohio, Tennessee, Illinois and Indiana participated in the three-day event. 

Clipper swimmers won 40 events over the weekend and won the meet. Ellen Williamson, 15, broke a meet record in the 100 backstroke.

Clippers who were in the Top 10 Individual High Point Scorers of each age group:
10 & under girls – Katherine Akin – 1st; Lilly Morgan – 3rd ; Libby Greenwell – 5th; Olivia Hagen – 7th; Mikayla Herich – 9th
10 & under boys – Bryce Day – 1st; Brendan Meyer – 2nd, Keagan Finley – 3rd; Nick Smith – 4th; Jake Lentsch – 5th; Owen Downard – 6th; Thomas Steiber – 8th
11-12 girls – Kenzie Margroum – 3rd; Elizabeth Bradford – 5th
11-12 boys – Chase Vennefron – 1st; Eric Huffman – 5th; Robbie Newman – 10th
