MBSC Meet 10/23-24
Good luck all athletes participating in the Monterey meet this weekend! The coaches will be Steve, Erik and Brett. The meet is at Hartnell College Pool, 156 Homestead Drive, Salinas CA. 93901. Please be at the meet between 7:30 and 7:45am.

Deck Etiquette
Parents, please make sure that if you need to speak with the coaches, please see them BEFORE or AFTER their coaching sessions (please note that some coaches work with multiple groups.) While swimmers are in the water, our first priority is their safety so please help us limit the distractions. Thank you!

ASCA (The American Swim Coaches Association) posted a great article about without water warm-ups. Now, while these may not be ideal, sometimes conditions don’t allow for great in-water warm-ups.
