Board of Directors elections for next year

The Annual General Meeting will be held on September 7, 2008, in conjunction with the Awards Ceremony. A Board of Director election will be held by written ballot prior to the meeting. There are four seats, of nine, up for election. In order to vote in the election, members must be in good standing on August 10th.
General members may nominate themselves, another member or interested community member, by sending either email notification to the President and Vice President of Neptune Swimming or by written notification placed in the Treasurer's folder at either swim location. All nominations must include contact information. Nominations are due on or before August 10th.
