OCTOBER SWIMMER OF THE MONTH
One would expect a senior in High School to take the bare minimum of classes and enjoy making memories with his senior class. Even though Andy Disco is having some fun, he is taking a full course load of honors classes and raising his GPA, he never misses a practice, and he attends all of the NES Board Meetings as the Senior Athlete Representative. While busy setting new team records (100 & 200 fly) on the Hampshire Hills Seavolves, Andy still has time to help out his sister's soccer team by taping the games for them. All of his activities, focus and accomplishments have not gone unnoticed. Andy has signed a letter of intent to swim with Towson University in Maryland next fall! His HHS coach, Tim Thompson , is so proud of the way Andy sets goals and achieves them, and is looking forward to seeing what else he accomplishes during this SCY season. Congratulations to Andy Disco, a well rounded athlete, for being selected as our October Swimmer of the Month!
