Day 3 - Junior Nationals - Recap

Day 3 at junior nationals: Tommy Anderson continued his hot streak today in the morning dropping 1.8 seconds in his 200 back with a San Diego record of 1:47.98 and dropping .6 off of his 200 Fly. He came back tonight to drop another 1.3 in his backstro ke lowering his time to 1:46.61. The 200 fly was a little slower at night. . . but considering it was his 12th swim (all 200 or more) in 3 days. not bad. overall bettered all 6 of his times in prelims, and came back and bettered 4 out of 6 of those... overall a pretty rockin perfomance. Sarah Nowaski swam the 200 fly and 1650 today. Even though neither were best times we didn't really have any expectations after battling mono this fall. So I am really excited that she bettered 2 out of her 4 swims.
