Parents and Athletes,
The final stage of our dryland program for this year will be a combination of both running outside and lifting at the gym. I would like to encourage all athletes in the group to attend as much as possible. The minimum attendance should be three per week. Dryland will start this coming Monday at its regular scheduled times and days of the week. We will meet outside the ice house at 4PM. Try not to be late...we might be gone on the run if you're not there!
