Swimming Pool Manager needed for Marine Hills Swim and Tennis Club


Marine Hills Swim and Tennis Club is looking to hire a Pool Manager. This is a not for profit organization that operates an outdoor pool and two tennis courts from mid-May to early September.  The intent of the Marine Hills Swim and Tennis Club is to promote a safe and child friendly atmosphere for summer fun.  As the Pool Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the safe operation of the pool, daily maintenance and administration of the facilities and programs, managing the Lifeguards, Swim Instructors and Swim Aides, and ensuring that pool rules are enforced, schedules followed and auxiliary duties are carried out.


The Pool Manager will need to work with the Swim Team coaches for their needs.  Other programs offered include tennis lessons and water polo.


The Pool Manager reports directly to the MHRA Board of Directors and manages in accordance with the Board’s instructions. 


At least two years of experience in the aquatics field that includes some leadership, basic pool chemistry, and program management
Knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel and Publisher
Current Lifeguard and First Aid Certification
Current CPR for the Professional Rescuer and AED (Adult and Child)

Current Certified Pool Operator Certificate
