Orders that were placed by April 20th are in. Please plan to pick them up TONIGHT, Monday, May 19, at the pool between 3:30 – 6 p.m. Our next clothing order cut-off date is Sunday, May 25th for a mid-June delivery. All orders must be done online through our Dolphin Spiritwear Store.
Pre-Season practices are optional and do not require absence reporting unless you will not be attending any pre-season practices.
Regular season practice absences should be reported directly to your coach via email.

Meet absences are reported through each meet’s event sign-up. Declining attendance lets us know you will be absent from that meet. Accepting attendance lets us know you will be at the meet and you are then able to request 3 events you would like to swim for your coaches consideration. You are also able to include specific notes relating to your meet attendance in the “Notes” section after you make your meet declaration. Please note that you must click on your swimmer’s name before you can continue with their declaration.
To help our coaches put faces to names we would like to get a picture of each of our swimmers. If you have a school picture or other headshot photo you are welcome to upload it into your swimmer’s “Member/Athlete Profile”. You can do this on your computer or through the “ON DECK PARENT APP”. Otherwise we will take a photo down at the pool for you. Please note that these photos are only viewable to the coaches and admins.
Our new Team Unify system has a member directory feature. You can elect to "participate" or "not participate" by making a selection in your “My Account: Member Search”. Initially accounts were set to NOT participate. Please note that if you choose to participate and a Member Directory is printed, your home address will be displayed in addition to your home phone and email address.
