Instructions for On Line Job Sign Ups - Sign Ups begin Saturday May 16th

Online Job Signup will be available 5/16/2015 - You must have an account and LOG ON, before you can select your volunteer dates – you are only selecting dates and number of slots to be worked – assignments will be made by the volunteer coordinators.  New this year:  We are requiring ALL families to sign up for AT LEAST ONE JOB at an AWAY meet - you may sign up for more if you'd like - just make sure you get AT LEAST ONE.  The Volunteer Coordinators will be looking at sign ups and will contact you if you choose only HOME meets for all 5 of your jobs.

NOTE:   IF YOU HAVE COMITTED TO A PRE-SEASON ASSIGNED JOB AND CONFIRMED WITH COLLEEN AND JEAN, YOU WILL NOT NEED TO UTILIZE THE JOB SIGN UP SYSTEM, YOU WILL BE ENTERED AUTOMATICALLY. OFFICIALS ARE SCHEDULED WITH KIM INDEPENDENTALLY OF THIS SYSTEM.

We still have the following open (all positions take the place of your 5 jobs) Assistant Committee Chair positions, Swim Conference Representatives, and Head Timer (for the first 3 HOME meets- would satisfy 3 of your 5 jobs)

Please email us ASAP if you would prefer one of these positions to regular 5 assigned jobs. 

White Eagle Swim Team is excited to continue with our online Event signups this season. With up-to-date available event slots readily visible, flexibility to change dates until the determined deadline, and independence for you to select the dates, we hope this is just as streamlined as your swimmer. Thanks for all your hard work.

How to signup Event jobs (these instructions can be found on the website - Parent/Swimmer Info Tab - sub tab 'job sign ups'):

Click on the Meets/Social Events tab or the Larger Team Events tab on the right side on the Home Page to see full list of all meets. Each meet has two sign up buttons, an 'Attend this event (or edit commitment)' button - to sign up your swimmer(s) & 'Job signup' button to use if you are selecting that meet to fulfill one of your required jobs. Choose the meet you would like to work at, click on the 'Job Signup' button, and then follow these steps:


Step 1: Find the empty slots shown as "---------".
Step 2: Click on the check-box in front of the empty slot(s) that you want to sign up for. With the exception of Time Trials, you may sign-up multiple times on the same meet. If someone else's name is printed, that job slot is not available for you to sign up (this is a first-come-first-serve system). You can only sign up for the empty slots shown as "---------".
Step 3: Select [Signup] button to sign up for the slots that you selected. With the exception of Time Trials - where each family is limited to 1 slot - you may sign up for more than one job per meet if you have enough workers in your family to serve and a non-working adult to help your younger swimmers during the meet.  It is not advisable for swimmers under the age of 10 to be left without supervision during the meets.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          Step 4: Please enter the name and cell/contact phone number for the individual who will be volunteering in the optional contact information box (Only family members are to work your jobs - siblings 15 years and older are permitted to volunteer, please indicate age of sibling in this box).

Important Note: If your Account name is displayed right after the check-box, you've signed up for that Event. You do NOT have to "Signup" again. You, however, can use the "Remove Signup" button any time before May 31st to remove the signup if you no longer want to work on that Event. After May 31st, you will NO longer be able to revise the schedule. It will be your responsibility to make sure the shift(s) are covered through either an internal swap or contacting our Volunteer Coordinators at least 24 hours in advance for a job hire.

Continue to repeat this process until your 5 job spots have been secured.

After signing up for all of your jobs, you can verify your assigned dates by running the following report:

To See All of The Jobs You Have Signed Up For:

Sign in/log in to your account.

Select the Meets/Social Events Tab

Select the Reports Tab

Click Job Signup Report for My Account

Enter date parameters for job report (enter 5/2/15 for start date and 7/31/15 for end date)

Click Search
