SUMMER TRAINING SCHEDULE

We will be following the below training schedule beginning June 1st.  (Morning practice for Trailblazers & Buccaneers will not begin until the week of June 8th).

Buc/Blazer update:  In order to push forward with our progress and advance to our next set of goals we have made a few changes to our schedule.  These changes are OPTIONAL and EXTRA, not supplementary.  First, we are adding morning practices on Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30am until about 8:00am.  Clarke will be here to run these and they will be focused on improving our cardio condition.  Again, these are EXTRA, so supplementary.  If you start coming to mornings you need to maintain your evening attendance, not go from 5 nights to 3 because you are going to the mornings.  Next, every Monday and Wednesday we will be starting dryland at 6:00pm instead of 6:30pm.  We will be attempting to supplement our cardio during this hour with a more intense dryland program.  Again, these are OPTIONAL and if you can make it and your child wants to take the next step in their swimming this is for you!
