For tonight.... 7/21

-Older practice is from 7-8pm for those that qualified for finals

-Youngers who qualified for finals have an option of showing up for this practice but I feel they have earned the night off.

-Coaches will be determining finals relays tonight and will inform the participants tomorrow.

Wednesday practice...

Normal practice times (morning & evening) for those swimmers who qualified for finals or made a relay.
