GOOD LUCK!!!

GOOD LUCK to all the WHAT Swimmers representing our team at this weeks Eastern Zone Long Course Swimming Championship in Richmond, Virginia.

YOUR WHAT Family is VERY PROUD of your accomplishments!!!!  Many of our current Sectional and Junior National qualifiers started at this very same meet..... STAY HUMBLE-STAY HUNGRY!!

For families unfamiliar with Zone Championship, the meet features top regional swimmers at the Senior and Age Group levels who qualify for these meets within the four designated Zones: Eastern, Central, Southern, and Western.  CSI sends zone teams to the Eastern Zone Age Group Championship meets held annually once for Short Course (SC) and one for Long Course (LC). The Eastern Zone and USA Swimming conduct and configure these meets. The SC meet is an "all-star" format where the top 2 or 3 swimmers in each event from each LSC compete. The LC meet is a time standards meet where each LSC sends athletes meeting the time standards. CSI competes in both these meets and funds 40% of the team costs. Selection criteria, deadline, etc. is posted each season on the Zone Page. The Zone Team is named at the conclusion of each Short Course and Long Course Age Group Championships.
