Weekly News (Sept 28th to Oct 3rd)

Hello Panthers,

I hope everyone had a great weekend. Those of us that went to Patana had a great start to ours. Our 48 swimmers performed great and PB’s (Personal Best) were swum by all; some of these were quite large considering we just swam these races 3 weeks ago.

This is a short school week with Teacher Conferences taking place on Thursday and Friday. Practice times will stay the same for us, so if you are going away for the weekend, please let your coaches know you will not be at practice.

Important Notes:

Swim-a-thon: October 29th after school

Last week I emailed out the information for this event. Please print out the pledge sheets and start collecting those pledges. Great prizes and food and fun…all for a good cause; Second Chance Bangkok

Please Decline meets you are not planning on attending!

For the upcoming Singapore meet we are on the cusp of having enough swimmers to start adding coaches to the trip. We have many many many of you sitting in the undeclared column on our webpage. If you are stilling thinking about going that is great, if you are not please take the two mins and click “DECLINE”.

Teacher Conference Days (Oct 1st/2nd)

These are after school meets that we use to practice race like conditions and get our entry times up to date. Junior swimmers will not train on the 7th and Seniors will not train on the 6th.  October 6th is an early release day so we will be starting at 1:25pm
