Indiana Swimming Inc. Hosts 32nd Annual Mid-States All-Star Meet

 

INDIANAPOLIS – Indiana Swimming, Inc., the Local Swim Committee (LSC) of USA Swimming that oversees amateur competitive club swimming in the state of Indiana, is hosting the 32nd Annual Mid-States Championships January 9-10, 2016 at the IUPUI Natatorium. The All-Star competition hosts over 350 athletes from Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Michigan and Missouri Valley Swimming LSCs from 10-14 years of age. Starting times are 11:45am on Saturday and 8:30am on Sunday. Admission for spectator seating will be $5.00 each day. Children 8 & under are free.

Last year’s meet was won by Team Indiana. Indiana has won the team title 15 of the last 17 years.  2016 Team Indiana will be led by Co-Head Coaches; Joel Elber of the Southeastern Swim Club in Fishers, IN and Charles Grace of the Northridge Area Swimming Association in Middlebury, IN.
