Fenton Swim & Dive Team Registration Information

REGISTRATION:
- Registration will be at RiverChase on Saturday May 7^th & May 14^th from 10 am - 12 pm.
  - All swim & dive team registrations must be completed on these days in person.
  - Registrations made after these dates may be faced with a late fee.
  - Please bring an additional check payable to:
    - Fenton Swim & Dive Team for $150
    - This will be refunded at the end of the season provided work assignments are completed.

NEW TO THE TEAM THIS YEAR:
- New team suit: Johnny Mac’s will be at both registration dates for fittings.
- Work Assignments:
  - Work assignment sign-ups will be held at our Parent Informational Meeting, the evening of Wednesday, May 25^th.
    - 2 work assignments are required per family.
    - Each family is required to fulfill two (2) work assignments during the regular season.
    - If a swimmer is entered in Prelims, you must fulfill one (1) work assignment at Prelims.
    - If a swimmer qualifies for Finals (Top 16), you must fulfill one (1) work assignment at Finals.
  - Buy-out Option: At registration you can choose the “Buy-Out” option for work assignments, where we will cash your $150 check right away.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AT REGISTRATION:
- 2016 Swim and Dive Team Schedule will be available.
  - Schedule is currently updated under Competition Tab
- T-Shirt order forms will be available.
- Picture Night & Banquet information will be available.
