As we move towards the summer season, now is a great time to help assess our athletes' nutrition and energy. As a parent, it is a big part of your job to help your swimmer fuel properly. This week’s article helps assess an athlete's dietary intake, and gives tips to build a nutrition plan. From simple snacks to full meals, swimmers should be fueling throughout the day so that they are energized for practice and the daily life of a being a teen!
