I am so excited to announce that we will be starting a dryland/stretching program for the Marauders on Monday, June 27th! This will be held at 3:45 pm on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and will be led by Tim Russell. The session will include dryland (situps, pushups, and yes, those dreaded squats) as well as stretching. This is only available to Levels 2, 3 and 4. It is the expectation that all participants will be motivated to benefit from this opportunity. There is no extra charge for this program. We hope you all find this to be an enjoyable asset to the Marauders swimming program.
