Seamonkey Swim A Thon

Greetings SeaMonkey Families,

My name is Sam Ornstein and I am thrilled that my 7th year as a SeaMonkey has begun. As I began to prepare for my upcoming Bar Mitzvah, I was asked to think about something in which I am grateful for and how I could show my gratitude. I am truly grateful for being a part of this amazing swim league. I have learned what it means to meet individual goals and strive for team goals. I have gained good sportsmanship skills and love for a sport that will always be a part of my life. I would like to show my gratitude by sponsoring a Swim-A-Thon as my Bar Mitzvah Project. That’s where you come in; I am looking for teammates that would like to participate in helping me raise money for a SeaMonkey Scholarship.   The scholarship would help a family in need offset the cost of joining the team next season. This is a wonderful opportunity for us to show our team spirit and give back to our community.

Thank you all so much for your consideration,

Sam Ornstein
