Divisional Meet & Season Wrap-up

Swimmers & Families,

Great Job at the meet yesterday!  Our team took second overall, which is fantastic!  I have thoroughly enjoyed coaching and working with you all.  If you are interested in furthering your swimming career, I encourage you to join a year-round swim team.  Also, the Olympics are starting in a week.  Watch how the greatest swimmers swim and try to copy them.   Go USA!

Coach Robby:  Awesome!  What a great Divisionals Meet!  Everyone tried their hardest and gave their best effort.  It’s been an awesome season leading up to this meet!  Extremely proud of how far everyone has come and of the improvements that have been made.  Have a great rest of summer and I will see a lot of you at All-Stars this week.  Great job!

Coach Raegan:  Amazing, amazing job this week and season!   I am so proud of everyone for trying their best and giving their all in this final meet!  I love seeing how much everyone has improved this season.  It was such a fun season with everyone.   I love how much everyone tried their hardest while still having fun!  I really hope everyone comes back next year!  Great season!   : )

Coach Reilly:  Ahhh!  That was an amazing last meet!  I saw so many best times and I know I saw some more All-Stars.  What an incredible way to end the season.  There was so much progress this year and I’m proud of everyone.  I hope to see you all next summer!

Coach Elise:  Great final meet!  I’m so proud of everyone!  I saw so much improvement from all the swimmers.  Congrats on an awesome meet!  I hope to see all of you next year!

Coach Kayla:  Wow!  I am so proud of everyone this season!  It has been such a blast watching all the kids grow and improve throughout the season.  This meet definitely showed all the improvement.  Good job to everyone that tried new things and tried their best!  I hope to see all of you amazing and wonderful kids next year!

Swimmers of the Week  last week were 8-U Gabriella Lyons & Nikola Dragic, 9-10 Reagan Losquadro & Jack Schmiel, 11-12 Haley Gambrell & Trevor Lyons, 13-Older Lizzie Brown & Tyler VirtsGood job, swimmers!

If you did not attend the team picnic, your awards are in the family box at the pool office.  You may pick them up anytime the pool is open, or while the All-Star swimmers are practicing from 9-10am.  12-U swimmers received a trophy and a certificate.  13-Older swimmers received a BHST string bag and a certificate.  Also, awards from all of the meets are in your family folder.

* * A special thank you Katie Bartman for organizing a wonderful  team picnic.  A good time was had by all!  Also, thank you  to all of the parents who served on the Board this year, and to those who volunteered their time to make the swim meets run smoothly.   You all did a lot of work, and it is appreciated!!!
