Weekly News (Swimfest Edition)

Hello all Panthers,

We are now less than a week away from the big day. We have 210 ISB swimmers competing at this year’s SWIMFEST 2016. That is 20 more than any other year, so I think we are ready to be good hosts and welcome our fellow Thailand swim teams.

There will be a special Swimfest email sent out Wednesday with the meet program and details for warm up times and uniform dress code etc. This will be sent to only swimmers entered in the meet.

Important Notes:

Swimfest Friday Spirit Night (Nov 11) ALL AGE FUN…be there!!

Our High School squad is very excited about running the Pre-Swimfest practice and mentorship session for this year’s spirit night.

All the swimmers will break into small groups and talk about what you need to do to prepare for a swim meet and how to get the best performance out of your swims. We will then practice our starts and our relays as a team.

This is all followed up by energy filled snacks brought to you by our Swim Team Committee.
